K L University (Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering)

is a pioneer in the field of Engineering Education and Research in private sector in the state of Andhra Pradesh. KLEF established Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering in the year 1980 affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University.

The college became Autonomous in the year 2006 and was accredited by NAAC of UGC with highest CGPA:3.76 out of 4 scale in 2008.

It has also been accorded deemed to be university status by the ministry of Human resources and development(HRD) in 2009.
